This independently bottled Dalmore 2012 by the Hart Brothers, has matured in ex-Burgundy cask for 11 years.

This Small Batch release from the Scotch Malt Whisky Society is an absolute stunner with a lovely contrast of dark and sweeter notes!

As a perfect dram for the holiday season, this Edradrour Natural Cask Strength hits all the right spots for me!

Ardlair, in other words unpeated spirit from the Ardmore Distillery. This particular offering was bottled by The Ultimate from Van Wees!
